ERM & Policy Steering Committee (ERMPSC)
ERMPSC Charter
- Standing committee of university administrators appointed by the COO and chaired by the Associate Vice President of Enterprise Risk Services (ERS), generally consisting of vice presidents, deans, directors, stakeholders, subject matter experts
- Reviews full drafts of all proposed, new, and substantially revised policy documents for conciseness, practicality, and consistency within the context of the university’s operations
- Makes recommendations for revisions and edits of the draft policy document
Governance, Risk, and Compliance Executive Council (GRCEC)
GRCEC Charter
- Standing committee of university executives who provide institutional review and approval of policy proposals and final drafts of proposed, full policy documents
- Apply an institutional perspective to the review and approval of policy proposals and, upon the recommendation of the ERMPSC, provide final review and approval or denial of the full policy drafts of both new and substantially revised policies
- May also grant approval of temporary policies until a proposed policy can be drafted, vetted, and promulgated

- Associate Vice President for Institutional Affairs and Deputy Chief of Staff to the President
- Vice President of University Communications and Marketing
